You will likely want to have a towel, sunglasses , hat, flip-flops, and sun block. PLEASE DO NOT BRING SPRAY ON SUNBLOCK, IT RUINS THE FURNITURE AND CARPET! NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Our boat is a newly remodeled 30 foot Sun Tracker Pontoon Party Hut.  It can comfortably seat up to 10 people (Maximum 1700 pounds.)  It has a kitchenette, bathroom, private dressing area, comfortable sofa  and custom bar seating, awesome sound system with Bluetooth, and an upper deck.  We carry all the required safety equipment as well.

Please bring your downloaded music to connect to our system. We won't have WIFI out on the lake.

NOTE: There are two entrances to Lake Pleasant - Go Boat AZ is located at Pleasant Harbor Marina on 87th Ave. We are NOT located at Scorpion Bay Marina in Maricopa County Regional Park on Castle Hot Springs Rd.

You will turn at 87th Ave off Carefree Hwy (74) and head north to Pleasant Harbor’s point of entry. There is no traffic light at 87th Ave.

Gate entrance fees:Pleasant Harbor charges a $9.00 fee per vehicle ($2.00 per person on chartered buses/vans) to enter the park, and it's good for 24 hours. 

Once you pass through the entrance, drive straight ahead to the stop sign and turn right. You will see a large blue tent in the parking lot on your right, that is where you'll park and board the shuttle that will take you down the hill to the Marina. 

The shuttle ride is free, however tips are encouraged and appreciated. When you get off the shuttle at the marina, look for the Go Paddle AZ / Go Sail Arizona office and we'll be nearby on the dock. 

NOTE: If you charter transportation, you can skip the shuttle ride if you'd like and the van can drop you off at the bottom of the hill and you'll walk the rest of the way on the walkway/bridge.

Please plan to arrive at least 35 - 45 minutes before your scheduled charter departure time. This allows time to park and take the shuttle down to the Marina. There are typically waiting lines for the shuttle.

Passenger pick-up and drop-off is at Pleasant Harbor Marina, located at 40202 N. 87th Ave, Peoria, AZ 85383. You can't miss us once you arrive at the marina. Please see driving instructions above.

Our passenger capacity is 10 people OR 1700 pounds (excluding captain and host). PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PARTY DOES NOT EXCEED THE 1700 GROUP WEIGHT LIMIT.  We cannot take 10 passengers if your group exceeds the weight capacity. This is an extremely important safety measure, and we cannot make exceptions.

Yes, you are welcome to bring  food and drinks, including alcohol. PLEASE DO NOT BRING GLASS BOTTLES, RED WINE, RED/BLUE/PURPLE BEVERAGES OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT STAINS.  We'll provide cold water and  a cooler with ice  for  your drinks.

We do offer an optional lunch package. It would be a ham, turkey, roast beef or veggie wrap, chips, and cookies for $15.00 per person. We'll reach out to you after your reservation is confirmed and ask if you would like to include lunch.

Gratuity is not included in your package price.  It is customary to tip  20%, and our crew will be most appreciative if you tip!  Venmo and Zelle are accepted as well.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate you. 
• If you cancel 15 or more days in advance of your scheduled charter, we will refund 100% of your rental fee.
• If you cancel 8 to 14 days in advance of your scheduled charter, we will refund 50% of your rental fee.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled charter, there is no refund. We will work with you to reschedule, if possible.
• If we cancel, which would only be due to weather conditions, we will refund 100% of your rental fee or work with you to reschedule, whichever you prefer. We do not typically cancel for rain.
• If a trip is cut short due to weather conditions, there will not be a refund. We will work with you in rescheduling or delaying the trip if time permits

Weather related cancellations and reschedules may only be initiated by the captain, not the customer.

We sometimes have storms with heavy winds in the late summer afternoons and they are often hard to predict far in advance. We’ll do our best to notify you as early as possible if we’ll need to reschedule due to weather. We do not typically cancel for rain.

If you have any special requests please contact us as early as possible and we will let you know if we can accommodate. We want your day to be special and memorable, so we'll try our best to accommodate your requests!

Smoking is NOT permitted on the boat. You may bring e-cigarettes or vapes, just nothing requiring a flame.

The only potential extra charges would be for (1) our catered lunch option and (2) additional fuel charge if you want to tour the lake a bit. 

Fuel is included for our typical trip from the Marina to one of the coves we anchor in, so you’ll have plenty of time to relax, swim and enjoy yourselves. Any additional fuel charge will be discussed and paid for in advance - so there will be no surprises!

We want everyone to have a great time, however safety is the utmost concern of your captain. 

The captain will ask for a “trip coordinator” to be his/her contact during the charter. If there are any concerns with any of the guests, the captain will speak with the trip coordinator first.

THE CAPTAIN MAY RETURN ANY GUEST TO THE DOCK FOR THE FOLLOWING OR ADDITIONAL UNFORESEEN REASONS:

• The guest’s behavior is a safety risk to themselves or other passengers.
• The guest is extremely intoxicated.
• The guest refuses to exit the water if asked, due to safety concerns.
• The guest is not abiding by the captain’s requests to refrain from offensive or destructive behavior.

The captain may require at any time that a guest wear a life jacket (PFD).
